Dados B3 update frequency
Update frequency: prices (stocks, REITs, ETFs and BDRs), dividends (B3 and filings to the CVM), PTAX and Selic come in every night after a trading session, from B3's daily file (published around 9 pm Brasília time; the nightly run tries between 10 pm and 7 am). Financial statements (DFP and ITR), the company register, corporate events and accounting indicators come in when the database is rebuilt off the server, with no fixed weekday; the last rebuild was on 2026-11-04. The CVM updates its open DFP, ITR and IPE files weekly.
Coverage of delisted companies
Companies that left the exchange: of the 771 companies that filed annual statements with the CVM between 2010 and 2025 and are not in the register of active companies, 77 have a trading code declared to the CVM (FCA) and B3 prices up to the last session (149,551 sessions), and 68 have dividends declared to the CVM (1,953 rows of the Reference Form, fiscal years 2007–2021, and 88 from the IPE dividend report, record dates 2023-03-31 to 2026-03-06). Criterion: only codes the company declared itself, plus tickers with the same ISIN issuer; no matching by name. They live in their own tables (page /saiu-da-bolsa, one page per ticker and the dump); rankings, multiples and counts use active companies.
