About Dados B3

Dados B3 is an API and site of auditable fundamental data for the Brazilian stock market — public methodology, published data invariants and point-in-time multiples.

Who makes it

Dados B3 is built by Valth Menezes Guimarães, an independent investor holding the Anbima CPA-20 certification (Brazilian capital markets) and a court-appointed expert witness for over a decade — a line of work in which every conclusion has to point to the evidence behind it. The site came from applying that standard to the market: here, every figure traces back to the CVM account it came from, and what cannot be traced is not published. It is a one-person product, with no research house or newsroom behind it — which is why the mistakes stay on record next to the things it got right.

Independent project

Dados B3 is independent and not affiliated with B3 (the exchange) nor with the CVM (the regulator). It processes their public data — it is not an official service of either. “B3” is used descriptively, to name the market the data refers to.
