Terms of use

The rules for using Dados B3: the site, the API and the MCP connector. Updated on October 17, 2026.

Who provides the service

Dados B3 is operated by Lemon Tech (RENATA ESTRELA SILVA GUIMARÃES SERVIÇOS DE TI, CNPJ 47.918.130/0001-71). Contact: contato@dadosb3.com.

Not investment advice

The figures are a measure of the past, not an investment recommendation. Dados B3 does not tell you what to buy or sell. The decision, and its risk, are yours.

Sources

Financial statements come from CVM open data (ODbL license) and prices from B3's end-of-day COTAHIST file (free distribution). Dados B3 is independent and not affiliated with B3 nor with the CVM. The 15-minute delayed quote on the page of each security belongs to TradingView, not to us. How each figure is built is public at /metodologia.

No guarantee of accuracy

Every update goes through automated tests before it goes live, but the data can still contain errors. We do not guarantee that every figure is right, nor that the service stays online without interruption. Found an error? Write to contato@dadosb3.com. The errors we found and fixed stay on record at /o-que-erramos.

Keys and limits

The free key allows 200 queries a day; the Pro key, 10,000. The count resets when the day turns on the server clock. Past the limit, the API answers 429 until then.

The key is yours. Do not publish it, do not share it and do not resell access to the service.

Pro

Pro costs the price shown at /assinar. By card, the subscription renews every month until you cancel. Cancel any time at the subscriber portal (/portal, run by Stripe); access continues until the end of the period already paid. By Pix, payment is one-off and does not renew: when it expires, the key goes back to the free plan. 7-day guarantee: if it does not work for you, we refund the payment.

Law

These terms follow Brazilian law. For consumers, the courts of the consumer's domicile apply (Brazilian Consumer Defense Code); in all other cases, the courts of Campina Grande (PB).
