Dividend sources: the CVM IPE "Relatório Proventos" (per-share value, record and payment dates, since 2024) for companies whose registration was cancelled; B3 dividends for companies still registered. "Not collected" is an absence in the base, not "did not pay". The full history of each one is on the ticker page.

How we calculate

A company enters the year of its last trading session on the B3 (COTAHIST). Two routes, same date: (1) CVM registration cancelled, with a trading code declared by the company and a session recorded; (2) registration still active, the share traded regularly (100+ sessions in the prior year) and has had no trade for over 60 days. The second list counts companies with registered shares (Category A) or a declared trading code whose CVM registration was cancelled in the year. BDRs, funds and companies with no recorded session are not included.

Prices enter every session (B3 daily file); the CVM register and the declared dividends enter with each new version of the base. The list is recounted from the database at render time: data through 2026-11-06, version 2026-11-03-ponte-b3-codigo-de-fundo.

Frequently asked questions

Which companies left the stock exchange in 2023?

In 2023, 6 companies left the exchange — their shares stopped trading on the B3: BR Malls Participaçoes (BRML3), Instituto Hermes Pardini (PARD3), IGB Eletrônica (IGBR3), Banco Modal (MODL11), BOA Vista Serviços (BOAS3), Sinqia (SNSL3). In the same year, 17 companies with registered shares had their CVM registration cancelled (the second list below; the two dates can fall in different years).

How many companies went private (delisted) in 2023?

6 stopped trading on the B3 in 2023 (last session in the B3 historical quotes file) and 17 had their CVM registration as a listed company cancelled in 2023 (date and reason in the CVM register). This list records those two dates; it does not record the tender offer (OPA) itself.

What is the difference between leaving trading and cancelling the CVM registration?

Leaving trading means the share has no more sessions on the B3 (last session in the COTAHIST file). Cancelling the registration means the CVM ends the listed-company registration (date and reason in the CVM register). Example from this base: Sinqia last traded on 2023-11-01 and had its registration cancelled on 2024-01-19.

How is the list calculated?

A company enters the year of its last trading session on the B3 (COTAHIST). Two routes, same date: (1) CVM registration cancelled, with a trading code declared by the company and a session recorded; (2) registration still active, the share traded regularly (100+ sessions in the prior year) and has had no trade for over 60 days. The second list counts companies with registered shares (Category A) or a declared trading code whose CVM registration was cancelled in the year. BDRs, funds and companies with no recorded session are not included.

Did the companies that left in 2023 pay dividends?

1 of the 6 companies on this list have a per-share dividend collected in the base (CVM IPE "Relatório Proventos" since 2024, or B3 dividends for companies still registered); the column shows the last one, with record and payment dates. "Not collected" means the base has no row for it, not that the company paid nothing.
